Arakan traditional Thingyan Festival in Rangoon

Arakanese people and other ethnicities in Rangoon celebrated Arakan traditional Thingyan Festival which was kicked off on April 13, the first day of Thingyan. The festival features male and female revelers throwing water to each other with water from boat-shaped tank at pavilions which are named after respective townships in Arakan State.
