Arakan Thingyan Festival in Rangoon 2015

Arakanese and other ethnic groups in Rangoon celebrated the Arakan traditional Thingyan Festival which kicked off on April 13, the first day of Thingyan. The Rangoon festival features revelers throwing water at each other with water from boat-shaped water tanks named after respective townships in Rakhine State.
