Workers from Shwe Pyi Thar industrial zone demonstrate for wages and labour rights on the morning of Feb 17. Hundreds of labourers walked from Shwe Pyi Thar to Insein Township led by their workers strike committee. Although the initial plan was to walk to the Divisional Government Office, but workers temporarily stopped their walk after negotiation with government officials and employers.
